The Columbia Farmers’ Market will be hosting a night event to kick-off the market’s campaign for building a market pavilion on Saturday, July 26.Join vendors and market supporters for a summer evening filled with local foods by local chefs, live music, a preview of the outline of the permanent pavilion in lights and an outdoor movie Tableland: an award winning documentary on farmers dedicated to building sustainable local food systems.
The event will start at 7:00 pm and run through 11 pm, next to ARC located at Ash and Clinkscales, where the current market sets up. The event is free and all are welcomed! Be sure and bring your own lawn chair for the movie.
