Short post today…Spreading the word about “Buying Fresh, Buying Local” throughout Missouri.

I’m speaking at the Conference for Agricultural Instructors of Adults in Columbia this afternoon. I will be discussing the farmers’ market trends in Missouri and Organics and how producers become “certified organic.”
